I called Rudd for an estimate on a mini split unit for my finished garage, and quickly had an appointment to evaluate my needs for the space. I received an estimate on the spot with three different options and a thorough explanation of each from Rob. I did not feel pressured. As soon as a decision was made, Rob set up an appointment for install the next day. Dakota was sent out with another wonderful installer. I cannot say enough good things about the two of them! They were professional, courteous, kind and very skilled. They problem solved, kept me informed, and cleaned up when they finished. I would not hesitate to call them again, especially now that I know they do plumbing and electrical as well.

We had a new unit and duct work installed by Rudd and have been pleased ever since. Ola came out for a minor issue which was environmental from construction and he educated us on what we need to do moving forward to protect our unit. Experienced a partial sewage main backup, and they couldn't have responded better. Thru got me on the schedule, and then were able to find room for me that same day. The plumber Sam arrived quickly, assessed the job, and was honest and transparent about what would (and wouldn't be needed). They kept a moderate inconvenience from becoming a major problem, and I would absolutely recommend them.
