The crew was very professional during the process of installing the new system. They kept me informed on how the installation was going. Answered all questions about the installation process and the ones I asked. Once the installation was complete they made sure that I was satisfied and they cleaned the area thoroughly. I gave them 5 stars. Hopefully the follow up inspection will be completed soon. There is still some work to be completed, cosmetic repair.

Tyler was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew installed a new ac system to replace an old one. Everything was done quickly, quietly and efficiently with no mess. Tyler helped me program the thermostat to my phone and came back when I got an alert and checked everything out to make sure the system was running properly. I would highly recommend Rudd for any problems. Everyone there is very helpful and nice.

Josh was the technician that came to service my A/C unit this afternoon. Josh was friendly , professional and thorough. He thoroughly explained the work he did and showed me pictures of the completed work and asked if I had any questions. Top notch service again! Rudd installed a completely new HVAC system for us on May 21st, as well as 3 new toilets and a water filtration system in our home. Their staff each had specific duties and responsibilities, and the HVAC team worked separately from the plumbing guys. They were cordial, professional, and each person knew their role and remained focused on the successful completion of their duties. They were open to politely answering our questions, and each team’s supervisors stopped in through the day to check on progress. Everything’s working great, and we’re very pleased we chose Rudd.

I had a condition with an air conditioning unit. They sent Brandon Hatfield out to my house to help me with my problem. He was fantastic. He could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful than anyone I have ever dealt with before as far as maintenance on heating and air And did extremely well with great detail shown for every phase of the project. I could not have been happier with him. He will be the only person I will work on my unit from this point on.
