Marcus is a gentleman and a scholar. He was able to not only diagnose the problem, but explained it in layman’s terms. Not high pressure. I had an attic duct pull apart, simple problem to someone like Marcus, I’m sure. But he assessed the entire duct system as well so I likely won’t have problems in the near future. And he took photos of all the duct work in the attic and before and after photos.

Rudd heating and cooling did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC to my Seabrook Island home. Nathan was knowledgeable and informative and was a pleasure to work with throughout. Our kitchen sink was overflowing and our best attempts to fix it failed. So it was time to call a professional for him and this company answered the phone very quickly, no voicemail no waiting for calls back. Harrison Ruble did a great job of arriving ahead of schedule. He diagnosed the problem and unclogged our sink very quickly using the drain snake. He also diagnosed additional problems we weren’t aware of. Be ready to pay some money for the service but if you need help fast, Rudd is the first place you should call.

Ola: He has great customer relations skills.He reviewed, in easy to understand language and pictures, why my 16 yr old unit was no longer heating. After he explained Rudd’s method of quality control, I have confidence I will receive excellent service and the best product to solve my HVAC problem. Eric worked very hard in order to clear my main sewer line in the pouring rain. He had to locate the line first and then dig around the line before repairing it. Very nice work.

Wish I could give 10 stars! I can't recommend Rudd enough. We had a large repair job that took all day, but Rudd was wonderful through every step. Jayce, Josh, the office staff, and everyone we worked with were patient, kind, explained every detail, and didn't stop working until the job was complete. They made sure to cover their shoes every time they stepped through the door and maintained a clean workspace through it all. They never hesitated or delayed to answer my questions or concerns. Taking care of a home can be stressful, but they gave us peace of mind and we're grateful to have found someone we can trust whenever we need them. Thank you!
