He did a great job and tested the replaced equipment to ensure a solid install. Rudd corrected the problem by replacing the defective part for no additional charge. The team arrived on time and worked quickly and the price could not be beat.. LOL
Same day service. Came out near end of July when we needed it most to replace a bad capacitor that had caused our outside unit compressor and fan to not work. Our tech Harley was knowledgeable did a complete diagnostic and had us back to cooling in under an hour . Highly recommend Rudd heating and air, plumbing and electrical.

I was extremely pleased with the expert plumbing services Kyle Fleming performed in replacing my 35 year old toilets. He addressed all the problems associated with the age of the toilets and kept me informed of every issue as well as how he would solve them.
Plumbing team did a full survey of our water lines. They identified a leaky toilet seal that they replaced. They also replaced the last of the original toilets with a style similar to our other bathroomsLThey also replaced our water supply line to the home. This consisted of locating the supply line location to the house which was unknown. New Cut off valves were installed at the county meter and at the house. Along with a new coiled pex supply line.The team was very professional and thorough in all their activities.Highly impressed and recommended!

Jessie Roberts was a fantastic technician he did a full diagnostic and is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and we could tell he truly cared about the wellbeing of us and our home and we will be using Rudd for everything going forward!

When I contacted their office I was requesting service on my central A/C unit which was just not keeping up with the 98+ degree temperatures we had been having. I knew the unit needed a good cleaning, at the very least. They were able to send a tech the very next day! Harley not only cleaned the unit but ran diagnostics to make sure everything was running efficiently. Based on his attention to detail we decided to sign on to a routine maintenance package going forward. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of prompt and efficient service.
Eric D’Argo with Rudd Plumbing did an excellent job repairing my main water service line. After another plumber abandoned the job and left my family without water overnight, Eric came out, quickly diagnosed the situation, and explained exactly what needed to be done.He replaced the damaged section with new materials, thoroughly flushed the plumbing system, checked all of my faucets, pressure-tested the repair, and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was working properly.His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail gave me confidence that the repair was done right. I called Saturday morning for my AC issue and was able to schedule an appointment right away through the virtual assistant. Shortly after, I received a call offering an earlier appointment that same morning.They kept me informed throughout the entire process until Josh arrived. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, then took the time to point out a few potential issues that could arise in the future and explained a plan to help prevent them.From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, and service were outstanding. Killian and Shane did a fantastic job installing my mini split heat and air conditioner in my garage. Everything came out perfect. Both guys did a great job of explaining what they were doing and why. They were also very patient in showing me how everything worked. Sam also was great working with me to determine what I needed.
I called to have a toilet reset. Inthe process found other problem. Rudd was very professional and helpful in getting all repairs done and completely done in a timely manner. Thank you

A/C was not working so I made online appointment with Rudd. Killian Frye came out today & got everything working properly within a couple hours. He is a very professional person & I really liked the way he explained everything in common terms & with photos. Top notch company with excellent professionals! I highly recommend them!

Placed an inquiry online through Carrier for Rudd Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. I was contacted within hours with an appointment. Josh Richards was at my home the next day for service & recommendations. Josh was very knowledgeable, thorough and took his time checking my HVAC system and left me with recommendations. The next day Sam Watson came for further inspection and was just as knowledgeable and did such an amazing job explaining the next steps. I look forward to working with this company as the major work gets completed.
